A real object has weight, texture and presence that reads differently on screen. When a director needs something that looks completely right under a camera lens, or a photographer needs a set piece that holds up to retouching, physical fabrication is almost always the answer. We use CNC machining, 3D printing, vacuum forming, laser cutting, hand finishing and painting. Whichever combination gets the result the brief demands. Most builds involve several processes running in parallel, which is why having everything in-house matters. No waiting on external suppliers, no quality gaps between stages. Turnaround and Production Schedules We know how production schedules work. Briefs change late, delivery windows compress, and needing something Thursday is a real situation. We build in contingency where we can and communicate early when we cannot. If you have a hard out-date, tell us at the start and we will plan around it.
