A model or display that is not properly finished is not finished at all. Surface quality, colour accuracy and applied graphics are what separate a prototype from a presentation piece. Finishing is the final stage of almost every build we produce, and it is where a significant amount of the craft sits. Sanding back through grades to remove machining marks. Priming to seal and reveal imperfections. Colour-matching to a supplied reference or Pantone specification. Applying lacquer at the right sheen level. Screening, applying or printing graphics directly onto a surface. Getting this right requires patience, skill and an understanding of how different materials accept different finishes. We handle all graphics, print and finishing in-house as part of the wider build, which means finish quality is controlled from the start rather than handed off to a third party at the end of the job.
Finishing Paint finishes in matt, satin and gloss. Colour matching to RAL, Pantone or physical reference. Metallic, textured and specialist coating finishes. Chrome effect and brushed metal appearances. Lacquering and protective clear coats. Wood staining and grain finishes. Fabric, leather and material application. Polishing and buffing. We will match whatever the brief calls for and confirm the finish on a sample or test piece before committing to the full build where appearance is critical. Graphics and Print Printed vinyl application and wrapping. Screened and pad-printed graphics directly onto surfaces. Laser-engraved logos and text. Digitally printed panels and face plates. Applied lettering and brand elements. Photography-ready surface preparation. If your build requires branded or printed elements, we manage that within the same job rather than requiring you to coordinate a separate supplier.
