When the design is signed off and the prototype has done its job, the question becomes how to produce the right quantity to the right standard within the right timeframe. We are not a mass production facility. What we are is a studio capable of producing short to medium run quantities in-house, to the same standard as the prototype that was approved. For clients who need more than a single unit but less than what justifies full production tooling, we bridge that gap efficiently. For clients who need production quantities, we can advise on the appropriate manufacturing route and help manage that process. Our in-house manufacturing capability covers CNC machining, vacuum forming, vacuum casting, 3D printing, laser cutting, hand fabrication and full finishing. Running these processes under one roof means we control quality across every stage and can coordinate parallel operations to keep lead times short.
We are most suited to runs from one to a few hundred units depending on the process and complexity. Below that threshold, in-house production gives you the quality control and flexibility of a bespoke studio. Above it, production tooling and dedicated manufacturing typically become more economical, and we can advise on that transition and help you find the right supplier if needed.
That is the expectation we work to. The approved prototype or pre-production sample sets the standard, and every unit in the batch is checked against it before dispatch. Where process variation is unavoidable, we communicate acceptable tolerance ranges before production begins so there are no disagreements about quality on delivery.
Yes. We pack finished units appropriately for their fragility and mode of transport, and we coordinate delivery to your required destination. For display builds going into retail environments, we can produce installation guides and pack units with the hardware needed for assembly. Delivery requirements should be discussed at brief stage so they are factored into the project from the start.
Every project is unique, and we pride ourselves on our ability to offer customised manufacturing solutions. Whether you need bespoke components or tailored production processes, we work closely with you to meet your specific requirements and exceed your expectations.
We understand the importance of deadlines in the manufacturing industry. Our efficient workflow and project management practices ensure that your products are delivered on time, without compromising on quality.
